After spending eight years in an IT career I developed a taste for the more concrete and have found photography as an outlet.
In 2009 I began experimenting with traditional photographic techniques. I soon bought my first medium format camera on Craigslist. Since that time I have retired from my IT career and have been learning to exploit the purity and elegance of traditional film to tell a narrative of modern life and the modern world. I photograph people and landscapes with a eye cast towards the simple humanity of an older time. I've found through my negatives and slides that, despite the modern world, the Qualities and drama that we think is lost can still be captured.

What's up, here?
Visit me during the KC Fringe Festival at the Wine Gallery (1911 McGee).
